A Chara,
A few short notes this Sunday morning. Firstly, best of luck to all our members who are representing Cork today. First up, its Aoife Healy, Amy O’Connor and Hannah Looney with the Cork Camogie team at 12 noon in the Páirc Vs Clare. Then, it’s over to Fergal Condon with the Cork Hurlers at 2pm in the same venue. A reminder this do or die clash will be shown live in our clubhouse. Finally today, Amelia Cooper, Bríanna Smith and Maisie McRae face Kerry in the Munster Ladies Football Final at 4pm in Mallow. It is fantastic to have so many representing the rebels today. Hopefully, we will get 3 victories!
Yesterday, our premier intermediate footballers made the long trip to Castletownbere for their latest league match. Unfortunately the result didn’t go our way but our lads did perform well. Last Thursday, our intermediate hurlers got their first win of the league against Ballygiblin in Ballygiblin. Great to have a win on the board lads. Well done. Last Sunday, our Senior Ladies footballers also had a fantastic win against St. Vals in Rostellan. Well done girls.
