A Chara,

Hopefully everyone is keeping well and hopefully any children in your lives are looking forward to the Easter Holidays! Firstly, Congrats and well done to our very own Sean O'Callaghan who came on as a sub for the Cork Minor Hurlers last night in the Munster Championship Vs Waterford. This is a great achievement for Sean and we are all very proud of him in Aghada GAA Club.

Rebels Bounty FINAL CALL:

Ticket sales for Rebels Bounty 2023 close tomorrow Thursday at 1pm sharp. Thanks to everyone who has already supported the club by purchasing one of these tickets. We wanted to give everyone an update on our club funding model. From player's membership, we cover all affiliations, insurance and registration costs. Plus referee and competition fees etc etc.

But to keep our grounds and facilities, (and indeed to enhance them) a place where families can come together safely and happily we also need to run 2 other major fundraisers - our club Lotto and the Rebels Bounty draw. As mentioned above, the closing date for purchasing a ticket in the Rebels Bounty draw is tomorrow Thursday at 1pm.
Please consider entering this draw to support your club and help us all to keep our grounds a place where every member of the family is welcome to come and enjoy themselves. Please take the time to click on the following link to see the great prizes that are on offer every month and more details about the draw. Many thanks - Aghada GAA. (Make sure to select Aghada as your club if you are signing up!)

Remember: DEADLINE IS 1PM THURSDAY 30th March.

Tree Planting:On Saturday afternoon we will be planting nearly 300 trees on the club grounds. We would be delighted if people would come down to help out and plant a tree. Wouldn't it be great to say in 30 years time that 'I planted that tree'. We will be starting the planting of the trees at 12 noon. If you can lend a hand on the day, bring a pair of gloves, a shovel and a rake if you have one. It would be lovely to have a mix of young and old to set these trees. Hopefully, they will outlive all of us and watch many victories down in Páirc Liam Uí Riain!

Juvenile Notes:Please click on the below link to view comprehensive juvenile notes prepared by Juvenile PRO Donal Walsh. Best of luck to everyone involved and represnting Aghada in Scór this weekend. Click Here to view Juvenile Notes

Thats it for now. Keep an eye on social media (Instagram & Twitter) for updates on our intermediate hurling match Vs Ballygiblin that is scheduled to take place tomorrow (Thursday) night. Our Club lotto will again be shown live on our Instagram page tomorrow at 9:30pm.
