Is deacair a chreidiúint go bhfuil 2025 thart agus 2026 tosaithe cheana féin. Thar ceann CLG Áth Fhada, ba mhaith liom Athbhliain faoi mhaise a ghuí ar ár mbaill, ar ár lucht tacaíochta agus ar ár bpobal ar fad. Go dtugadh 2026 sláinte agus sonas daoibh féin agus do bhur dteaghlaigh — agus, le cúnamh Dé, cúpla corn do Áth Fhada chomh maith!

It’s hard to believe but 2025 is over and 2026 is here. On behalf of CLG Áth Fhada, I would like to wish all our members, supporters and community a happy new year. I hope 2026 brings your family health and happiness (and hopefully a few trophies for Aghada!).

I hope everyone enjoys the last few days of the holiday season. Don't forget the annual Long Kick takes place on Sunday (4th January) at 12 Noon in Whitegate village. This promises to be a great afternoon of fun for all the family. Please come and support the event if you can.

Finally, all of our Premier Intermediate Football & Intermediate A Hurling fixtures for league and championship have been uploaded onto our club website. Have a look and put the big games into your diary!
