Upcoming Finals:

As the evenings draw in and the season begins to wrap up, we are fortunate to have three finals to look forward to!

This Saturday our U12 footballers will face St. Colman’s in their Cup Final in Mayfield at 11:30am and our U13’s take on Castlehaven in Glanmire at 1:30pm in the Football League Cup Final. Both teams have worked incredibly hard to get to this point, and we’re looking forward to two thrilling matches. Our U13’s already met Castlehaven back in July, coming out on top that time, so this rematch promises to be a fantastic contest. Please come out and support the lads if you can.

Our U16 footballers are also preparing for their Div1 Championship Final against Glenville. This will be a repeat of their recent clash, which saw our lads win and secure their spot in the final, so this game is set to be a real battle. Date and venue to be confirmed – stay tuned!

Farewell to Our Minors
Our U18 Football and Hurling teams have completed their campaigns for the year. We bid farewell to several players who now graduate from the Juvenile ranks to continue their GAA journey at adult level. A huge thank you to all who have supported them over the years, and the very best of luck to the lads in the next stage of their sporting careers!

U11’s Shine at Dee & Barry O’ Leary Football Tournament
Congratulations to our U11s, who had a fantastic day out recently in Na Piarsaigh where they won the Plate defeating Brian Dillions in the final after 3 tough group stage matches. It was a fantastic morning of football and a wonderfully run tournament – well done to everyone involved!

Go Games
Matches galore for our younger members as they represent Aghada brilliantly every weekend in the various matches in both hurling and football around East Cork, well done to all the mentors, the future is bright!

Parish Leagues in Full Swing
Our U10 Parish Leagues are underway, with matches continuing every Tuesday and Friday. There’s been great excitement and some fierce battles so far. The finals will take place in a few weeks – continue to follow Aghada GAA Juvenile Facebook page for all the updates.

Best of luck to the U12’s & U13’s in their finals on Saturday. Áth Fhada abú.
